TERMS
Terms of hourly hire
- Berlin only, from 3 hours. The hire starts and ends in Berlin or at BER Airport. Online you can book up to 12 hours; for a longer hire please contact us.
- 35 km are included for every hour, for example 105 km for 3 hours. Each extra kilometre is settled with the driver after the trip; the rate is on the price page.
- If the hire starts or ends at BER Airport, the price is 5 % higher.
- The price is per vehicle and includes all taxes and VAT.
- Time beyond the booked hours counts as a further full hour.
- Book at least 12 hours before the start. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.

How many kilometres are included?
35 km for every hour, so 105 km for 3 hours and 350 km for 10 hours. Extra kilometres are settled with the driver after the trip.
Can the hire start or end at BER Airport?
Yes. The price is then 5 % higher. Hire outside Berlin is not available online.
Can I make several stops?
Yes. Within the booked hours and the included kilometres you decide the route and the stops, and the driver waits for you.
What if I need more time?
Time beyond the booked hours counts as a further full hour. If you expect to need longer, contact us in advance.
Which vehicles can I book?
From Sedan and Estate to Business and First Class, and vans with up to 8 seats. The form shows the vehicles that fit your passengers and luggage.
