GOOD TO KNOW
Questions about your BER Airport transfer
All questionsHow is the price calculated?
Enter your address, date, time, passengers and luggage. The form lists the vehicles that fit and shows each final price before you pay. Business Class, First Class, First Class Van and the 8-Seater Van have a fixed price within Berlin; Sedan, Estate and the other vans are priced by distance. Traffic during the trip never changes the price you booked.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. Your driver follows the actual arrival time and plans the pickup accordingly, so you do not need to call us for an ordinary delay.
Where will my driver meet me at BER?
In the public arrivals hall, with a sign showing your name. The exact meeting point and your driver's phone number are in your booking confirmation — and our arrival guide shows the way from baggage reclaim.
How do I pay?
Online and in advance, by card through our payment provider Stripe. Cash is not accepted in the vehicle. You receive a confirmation and a PDF voucher by email right after payment.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. For later cancellations the terms of carriage apply. Changes to time, route or vehicle are possible on request and subject to availability.
Are child seats available?
Yes — up to two child seats per trip are free of charge. Tell us the number and the ages of the children when you book and we will provide the right seats.
Berlin airport transfer to the city
Berlin Transfer Airport runs pre-booked airport transfers between BER Airport (Berlin Brandenburg Airport) and your hotel, home or office in Berlin — and to other cities in Germany. Every trip is booked in advance, so your driver and vehicle are ready when you land.
Choose by the size of your party: a business-class saloon for one to three travellers, or a Berlin airport van transfer for families and groups — up to 8 passengers with luggage. The booking form shows only vehicles that fit your passengers and suitcases, each with its price.
For pickups at BER Airport, add your flight number so your driver can follow your arrival time. For trips from Berlin to the airport, allow time for traffic, check-in and security when you choose the pickup time. If your plans change, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
